Sweet & Sour Meatballs - Handmade beef meatballs in a sweet & sour sauce.

§Pork Crostini with Onion Marmalade - A delicious bite of roasted pork tenderloin on a toasted slice of a French baguette topped with sweet onion marmalade.

§Southwest Cheesecake - A delicious savory cheesecake topped with black beans, green onions, cheese and tomatoes served with a variety of crackers and chips.

Shrimp Cocktail – Jumbo Gulf shrimp served with cocktail sauce, served in a large glass container over ice or individually in shot glasses.

§Hot Spinach and Crab Dip - A warm, cheesy mixture of spinach and lump crab meat served with crackers, tortilla chips and Crostini.

Hot Beef Dip – A warm mixture of cream cheese, green peppers, and chipped beef served with a variety of chips and crackers.

§Green Bean Bundles - Fresh petite green beans wrapped in bacon and marinated in a tasty dressing then baked until crisp.  Although typically used as a side with your favorite entrée, Green bean bundles make a beautiful, tasty hors d’oeuvre.

Mozzarella Bread - Slices of French bread with a garlic spread and mozzarella cheese, makes a very tasty fill in.
